A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel and receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled session date.
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the session are non-refundable.
No-shows are non-refundable, and all payments made will be forfeited.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. The company reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for last-minute changes.

6. Image Delivery

Edited images will be delivered within the timeframe communicated at booking.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on project size and season.
Images are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed.

7. Copyright & Usage

Clients receive a personal-use license to print and share images for non-commercial purposes.
