Refund Policy
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the session (or prior to delivery of final images, if applicable).

Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their session and receive a full refund provided the cancellation request is made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled session date.
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled session will result in forfeiture of the deposit and are non-refundable.
Failure to appear for a scheduled session (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of all payments made and is non-refundable.
The deposit is required to reserve your time slot and compensates for lost booking opportunities in the event of cancellation.
